  What is there not to love about this place. Completely underrated and underestimated! Every single person here is super talented and their work is amazing!! My nail girl is V. —beyond amazing and super efficient!! V’s work is so neat, and very detailed!! I LOVE LINDA who does my pedicure!!! Linda is the G.O.A.T for a pedicure. while appointments are not required I will HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend as they are always booked and busy.

  So I have gone to Beautiful nails in 2420 Main Street Stratford, CT on and off through out the years. I have always had a great experience until today. I was very clear and direct about the pedicure services I had wanted. I wanted a French manicure with emphasis on my big toe nails being squared, I initially requested to add on acrylic services to the two big toe nails. The nail stylish claimed that I did not need it. We pursued on with the service, and she polished and asked me if I had liked the polish. I told her I did not like it, that my toe nail looked rounded instead of square. I then asked again can I please add on the acrylic services. She removed the polish and told me she gives up and does not want to continue the service. She left me sitting in the pedicure chair and no one wanted to accommodate the add on of acrylic to my big toe nails. I am actually flabbergasted that I was treated this way! When they literally rendered the same service to my friend that I brung for the first time at this salon. Professionalism, and gratitude for continuous service really needs to be valued. I am highly disappointed and I encourage any individuals who appreciate the value of their hard earned dollars, SPEND IT WITH A LOCAL BUSINESS THAT WILL APPRECIATE YOUR TIME, MONEY and BUSINESS! In lames terms, DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Rude and unprofessional behavior is an understatement.

  Another day @Beautiful Nails💅 My daughter showed a picture of the nails she wanted and they looked just like the picture but EVEN better in person. Super great job!!!! Thank you ladies! We see you again soon🎀

  I got a full acrylic set and I absolutely loved it I wanted a pink fade with little sparkles in it and it's exactly how i wanted! On top of that they charged 45 which is REALLY good and affordable, I'll be coming here to get my nails done ❤️ they were also vary polite and friendly :)

  Don’t go here if you’re African-American/ they suggest you set an appointment and I did just that to still wait an additional 15 mins with no apology.. nothing. Then when I asked about a pedicure I was shunned off. Trust me the service is great for non blacks but just not for us. Stay away
